Individual Therapy

We all have moments in our lives when things are not working out the way we would like. Marie-Nathalie meets with individuals seeking to better their lives, feel better about themselves, or find solutions to a variety of problems.

These problems can be specific such as feeling down, nervous, stressed, easily upset, angry, embarrassed, distressed by a loss or relationship struggles, or having survived a traumatic experience. Problems can also be vague such as feeling not good enough, self-doubt, or a sense that every little thing easily becomes blown into a big issue. Sometimes people feel unhappy and are not sure why that is, they just know they could be happier.

If talking is well known to provide some relief, the unique structure of collaborative therapeutic conversations significantly heightens benefits as issues are not only heard and clarified, but people also supported and empowered to act more of their potential, preferences, and values.
